What do I get when I buy a template?
You get the editable file or files listed on the product page. Depending on the template, that can be a Word document, a Google Sheets or Excel file, a PDF, or a link to an editable Canva design.
Do I need an account to download?
Yes. An account keeps your downloads in one place so you can get them again later. Creating one is free and takes a minute.
Can I edit the templates?
Yes. Open the file in the app named on the product page and replace the sample text with your own. Canva templates open in your own Canva account.
Are there free templates?
Yes. See the Free Templates page. They need a free account to download.
How do I pay?
You pay online at checkout. The payment methods that are available are shown there before you confirm your order.
Can I get a refund?
Because templates are digital files, refunds are limited. Read the refund policy for what is covered and how to ask.
Can I use a template for my business or school work?
Yes, you can use a template for your own work or your own business. You may not resell, share or redistribute the template files themselves. See the terms of use for details.
A file will not open or looks wrong. What should I do?
Use the contact page and tell us the template name and the app you opened it in. We will help or send a working file.
