Refund policy
Templates are digital products that you can download right away, so we cannot take them back once delivered. We will still make it right when something is wrong on our side.
When we refund or replace
- The file is corrupted, empty, or will not open, and we cannot fix it.
- You received a different template from the one you ordered.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- The template is materially different from its description.
When we do not refund
- You changed your mind or no longer need the template.
- You bought a template that you already downloaded and it works as described.
- The template does not suit your specific school, employer or office requirements.
How to ask
Send us your order number and a short description through the contact page within 7 days of purchase. We will check the file and either send a working replacement or refund the order to the original payment method.
Free templates
Free templates have no charge, so refunds do not apply. If a free file does not work, tell us and we will fix it.
