Privacy policy
ReadyKit PH collects only the personal data needed to run accounts, orders and downloads. We handle it in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
What we collect
- Account details: your name and email address, and your password in hashed form. We cannot read your password.
- Order details: the templates you bought or claimed, amounts, dates and order status.
- Download records: which file was downloaded and when, with the IP address and browser information of the request, used to prevent abuse.
- Messages you send through the contact form, including your name and email.
- Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you logged in and a security token that protects forms.
Why we use it
- To create and secure your account and let you log in.
- To process orders and deliver downloads.
- To reply to your messages and send account emails such as password resets.
- To detect fraud and abuse, and to keep records the law requires.
Payments
Payments are handled by the payment provider you choose at checkout. We do not store your card or e-wallet credentials. We keep a record of the payment reference and status.
Who sees your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site, such as the payment provider and email delivery, and with authorities when the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep account data while your account is open. Order and payment records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes. You can ask us to close your account.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed for login and form security. If we add analytics later, we will update this page.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you may ask to access your data, correct it, object to certain uses, request that it be blocked or deleted where applicable, and receive a copy. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
